  • The context arrives before you

It is prepared when the meeting is created or changed, not five minutes before.

  • With your own minutes

It searches your minutes, the strategic plan and the budgets, and cites where it comes from.

  • The private stays out

You choose which meetings it never touches, such as private ones or HR ones.

How to roll it out from scratch.

The order to set it up in a company. The first-steps guide does much of it with you, one question at a time, and everything can be changed later.

01Groundwork

  1. 01

    Create the organisation

One organisation for your company, with a seat per person. What is set up inside belongs to the company, not to whoever set it up.

  2. 02

    Connect the central account

The email and cloud of your company, on Google or Microsoft, with the permissions you choose one by one. The organisation's agents work with it.

  3. 03

Tell it where the data is

Genki reads the sheet or the software where you already keep it. If it is not organised, it creates the sheet with the columns it needs.

Where does your business information live?

    • In spreadsheets
    • Attio, Holded, Notion, HubSpot…
    • Scattered, with no fixed place

02Knowledge

  1. 04

    Load the Library

A collection with what the team looks up every day. If it is in a Drive or OneDrive folder, it is linked and kept up to date.

Reports and minutesUpload the minutes, the strategic plan and the budgets. Ask what was decided and Genki tells you where it says so.
  2. 05

Create the voice of your company

Explain how it should sound and give it your style guide and a few emails. The agents write with it.

    • Your voice

03Automation

  1. 06

    Set up the agents

Each one does one specific flow. You answer a few questions, one at a time, and review how it looks before creating it.

Meeting prep Leaves you the context for each meeting before it starts. In the event description, in an email or in a document.

    What it asks you

    • Which meetings do we prepare?
    • What do you want to know before each meeting?
    • Where does it leave it?
    • Which meetings does it never touch?
  2. 07

    Schedule the tasks

What has to happen at a fixed time, without anyone having to remember.

Daily briefingEvery weekday morning it emails you your day.

04Team

  1. 08

    Invite the team

Each person joins with their seat. They share the agents, the tasks and the Library, and have their own Genki for their day too.

  2. 09

    In the first week, fine-tune

Every run stays in its history, step by step. Whatever does not come out as you wanted is changed from the agent's page, without starting again.
