Grades, absences, reviews and complaints it never answers. It passes them to you.

01Groundwork
One organisation for your academy, with a seat per person. What is set up inside belongs to the company, not to whoever set it up.
The email and cloud of your academy, on Google or Microsoft, with the permissions you choose one by one. The organisation's agents work with it.

Where do you keep the list of students?
02Knowledge
A collection with what the team looks up every day. If it is in a Drive or OneDrive folder, it is linked and kept up to date.
Explain how it should sound and give it your style guide and a few emails. The agents write with it.
03Automation
Each one does one specific flow. You answer a few questions, one at a time, and review how it looks before creating it.
What it asks you
What has to happen at a fixed time, without anyone having to remember.
04Team
Each person joins with their seat. They share the agents, the tasks and the Library, and have their own Genki for their day too.
Every run stays in its history, step by step. Whatever does not come out as you wanted is changed from the agent's page, without starting again.
